RETURNS POLICY
Not what you expected? Wild Republic will accept return of goods providing they are in original and sellable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a return please e-mail: orders@wildrepublic.com.au with your invoice number listed as the subject line. A customer service representative will be in touch with you.
Refunds will be processed once goods are received, for product only, and return shipping charges are at buyer’s expense.
RETURNS LOST IN TRANSIT
Please ensure you keep your tracking number to follow your parcels location, goods can sometimes go astray with Australia Post - should this be the case Wild Republic is unable to refund returns lost in transit.
Faulty products
If an item is received faulty, we will gladly send a replacement or refund, please contact orders@wildrepublic.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods with invoice number.
